CW has recently assisted a wide range of conservation landowners in obtaining funding from the CLTC program for the donation of Conservation Restrictions that are now held by land trusts and towns around the state. CRs on important properties in Hatfield, Amherst, Rehoboth, and Southampton are either recorded or in progress, and additional projects are in the works. CW is also assisting on the creation of new CRs on Town-owned land in Acton (the Town’s Morrison’s Farm) and Seekonk (the Medeiros Family Farm).
