Bob O’Connor is a conservation consultant specializing in forest and land planning, organizational strategic planning, dispute resolution, and facilitation. He is also a mediator in court and family settings, including landowner families. He also is a grant writer who has successfully secured millions of dollars for land conservation and stewardship and tree planting projects. He previously worked at the MA Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs where he directed land and forest conservation programs. Prior to this he directed the MA Watershed Initiative and operations at the Quabbin Reservoir and forest and land management for Metro Boston’s four water supply watersheds. He holds a BS in forest management from the SUNY ESF and an MBA and a Masters in Conflict Resolution from UMass Boston.
